Consultant Real Estate (80-100%)

 

We are looking for a professional with a strong academic background in Real Estate or a related field, combined with solid experience in the Swiss real estate market, particularly in German-speaking Switzerland. You bring a strong network, a structured and professional approach, and the ability to navigate complex environments with confidence.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the identification and evaluation of strategic locations and growth opportunities
  • Contributing to market analyses and preparing decision-making materials
  • Assisting in the development and follow-up of real estate projects
  • Collaborating closely with Asset Management to optimize the existing portfolio
  • Preparing presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting lease negotiations and contractual documentation
  • Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners

 

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Has a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Brings solid experience in real estate
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Builds on solid experience in negotiating, drafting, and finalizing contracts and documents with our partners.
  • Is proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Has a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
  • Is fluent in German, with excellent skills. French is an asset
  •  Is flexible and open to occasional travel within Switzerland
